Step 4: We crunch the numbers and make you a fair offer. We understand that this is a huge decision so we encourage you to take your time reviewing our offer. There is no obligation for you to accept our offer! Should you feel like this wouldn’t work for you then simply let us know. 

Step 5: If you accept the offer then we’ll open escrow and title to purchase your house and close on your desired date.
